Annual Church Meeting

January 25, 2009

11:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Theme: “Growing in Sharing Our Faith in Jesus Christ as we Journey Together”

All members are encouraged to attend. A potluck meal will follow the second worship service with the meeting to begin at approximately 12:15 p.m.

 

The meeting will focus on the following imperatives:

Reach New People (the Great Commission).

Cultivate Spiritual Vitality (the Great Commandment).

Business matters will include reports from:

Pastors, Lay Staff and Ministry Teams.

Shared Ministry Team with nominations for those who will serve as Spiritual Leaders of the congregation in the coming year.

Review of Membership statistics including new members, and those who have disengaged from the ministry.

Review of legal and property issues.

The potluck dishes requested as follows:

Last names A-I, please bring a main/hot dish,

Last names J-Q, please bring a dessert,
