Laura Jordan Krista Anderson Please forgive us if someone was left off this list. This is an all-church endeavor. We couldn’t do it without you! We will be on vacation for the rest of July so we can come in August ready to plan and get ready for Fall! AUGUST We will have videos available for younger children during the 9:30 service during August and on Labor Day weekend. At this time we need volunteers to take one Sunday during this time to show the videos to the children. If you can help, please call Deb Soderholm, 828-9515. THANKS! Beginning in August we want to fix up our classrooms for Fall. We will be cleaning them, getting some new props and displays so they can be “new” for our children. Any help (either time, money, and/or ideas on how to do this) would be greatly appreciated. Call Deb Soderholm, 828-9515. TEACHERS Teachers are needed for the coming school year, too. I believe we will continue to have teachers for preschool teach every other week to provide more continuity for our younger ones. Our rotation program will continue also, with people teaching every 4-6 weeks. Please call Deb Soderhom or look for sign-up sheet on Children’s Ministries table at church. REGISRATION PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE ! fill out the children and youth information form included on the back page of this Tumbleweed. It is so important to keep this information up to date so that all of our young people know about events here at church and are included in activities. It is also important information to know how to staff our Sunday School, so PLEASE take a couple of minutes and fill out the form and return it as soon as possible. THANKS!RALLY SUNDAY! Sunday, September 8, is Rally Sunday and marks the beginning of a new year here at Prairie Church. We will resume our regular schedule on that day as well as our regular Sunday School program. But the HIGHLIGHT of the day is our Carnival! Come one and ALL! The time is from 11:30-1:00. There will be lots of games for the children, live music, snow cones, pony rides and a fantastic picnic lunch! The event is FREE and a wonderful way to start the new year. Come join us for a day of fun and fellowship.ENJOY THE REST OF
